As a CRM Account Manager, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients — translating their business needs into seamless CRM solutions that drive efficiency, performance, and revenue growth.

Your responsibilities will include
Partnerships & Growth
- Research, evaluate, and onboard new partner tools
- Build and manage a structured partnership pipeline
- Initiate outreach and lead partnership and elite partnership negotiations
- Assess strategic fit, quality, and market relevance of partners
- Coordinate internal teams for testing, integrations, and launches
- Manage partnership contracts, MDF applications, and documentation
- Execute co-marketing initiatives and track partnership KPIs
- Maintain partner relationships and report progress to leadership
CRM Projects & Client Delivery
- Lead client consultations to define CRM needs and requirements
- Configure Pipedrive (pipelines, automations, custom fields)
- Manage integrations via Marketplace, Make, or Zapier
- Test, optimize, and document CRM setups
- Deliver client training and post-implementation support
- Identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B software and SaaS environments
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Pipedrive experience highly preferred)
- Project management skills for coordinating integrations and cross-team workflows
- Fluency in English and Armenian (Russian is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree preferred)
- Analytical mindset with ability to assess partner value, ROI, and market potential
- Outstanding client communication and relationship management abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Experience with Microsoft BI is an advantage
