What You’ll Do

• Cold outreach to businesses in key sectors across Armenia and Georgia
  
• Lead online meetings, offline meetings, product demos, and deal negotiations
  
• Implement local sales strategies and consistently meet your quotas
  
• Suggest process improvements to make sales operations smoother
  
• Track the sales pipeline progress, engagement metrics, and market insights
  
• Experiment with new approaches to attract and retain customers
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of proven B2B software sales experience
  
• Strong CRM expertise (Pipedrive experience is a plus)
  
• Fluent in English and Georgian (Armenian and Russian will be an advantage)
  
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
  
• Excellent client-facing and relationship-building skills
  
• Experience selling into the Georgian market, CIS markets, or similar
