What You’ll Do

Marketing Strategy Execution

  • Implement and drive the 2026 marketing strategy across key initiatives
  • Track performance of marketing campaigns and prepare reports
  • Ensure brand alignment across all marketing materials
  • Collaborate with teams to gather insights for campaigns

SEO

  • Plan and execute SEO initiatives to grow organic visibility and inbound demand
  • Work with internal teams and partners to improve website content and performance
  • Monitor SEO results and turn insights into action

Google Ads

  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for Georgian markets
  • Manage budgets, targeting, and performance optimization
  • Report on key paid performance metrics and learnings

Events & PR

  • Observe local events, expos, and industry activities
  • Organize and manage events, conferences, and expos
  • Maintain public relations and increase brand awareness
  • Build relationships with media, partners, and industry communities

Email Marketing

  • Support planning and execution of email marketing campaigns and workflows
  • Work with CRM and automation tools to improve lead nurturing and retention
  • Track email performance and optimize based on results

Partner & Agency Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing agencies and freelancers
  • Coordinate design, copywriting, and production tasks
  • Handle partnership communication and follow-up processes

Internal Coordination

  • Assist with internal communications to keep teams aligned with marketing updates

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or B2B marketing (SaaS is a strong plus)
  • Proven experience executing marketing strategies and managing multi-channel priorities
  • Hands-on SEO experience (content, on-page basics, coordination with dev/content teams)
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads (planning, launching, optimization), ideally across multiple markets (Georgia is a plus)
  • Experience supporting events, expos, or conferences (planning, coordination, follow-up)
  • Experience with email marketing and automation (campaigns, workflows, reporting)
  • Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or similar)
  • Copywriting or storytelling experience
