What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute the company’s recruitment roadmap
• Organise and implement hiring processes in Georgia, the UAE, and Armenia
• Lead employee onboarding processes
• Draft and manage the HR budget, including salaries, training and recruitment.
• Oversee and improve recruitment processes: workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Design and implement motivational frameworks for all the departments.
• Support professional development and motivation of the team
• Foster a positive, growth-oriented corporate culture

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of HR experience 
• Higher education in the field of HRM or related fields 
•  Excellent communication skills in English and Armenian
• Strong understanding of recruitment, onboarding, performance management and deep understanding of HR best practices
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in fast-paced or growing organizations is a plus
