What You’ll Do

  • Sales Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies for Armenia and international markets (Georgia, CIS, Gulf countries).
  • Team Management: Lead and expand a growing sales team, including sales managers and account executives.
  • Process Optimization: Implement effective sales processes and CRM-based workflows to maximize efficiency.
  • Business Development: Drive collaboration with key accounts, partners, and enterprise clients.
  • Market Expansion: Lead sales initiatives to successfully penetrate new markets.
  • Revenue Forecasting: Analyze sales data, market trends, and build accurate revenue projections.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure demand generation and client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales leadership (international exposure is a must)
  • Strong experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools
  • Proven record of scaling sales teams and achieving ambitious revenue targets
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related fields (MBA is a plus)
  • Excellent command of Armenian, English, and Russian languages.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
