Your Role & Responsibilities
As a CRM Account Manager, you willserve as a trusted advisor to clients — translating their business needs intoseamless CRM solutions that drive efficiency, performance, and revenue growth.
Your responsibilities will include
- Leading client consultations to understand, document, and prioritize CRM requirements and business objectives
- Configuring Pipedrive CRM to align with client processes — including pipeline design, automation setup, and custom field creation
- Testing, validating, and optimizing CRM configurations for flawless execution
- Managing integrations via Pipedrive Marketplace, Make, or Zapier
- Creating comprehensive documentation and user guides to support adoption
- Delivering engaging client training sessions on CRM best practices
- Providing hands-on setup support and two months of post-implementation assistance
- Troubleshooting client issues and ensuring smooth CRM usage
- Monitoring post-launch performance and proposing strategic enhancements to maximize ROI
What You Bring to the Team
- Proven experience in B2B software and SaaS environments
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Pipedrive experience highly preferred)
- Hands-on familiarity with project management tools
- Fluency in English and Armenian (Russian is a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree preferred)
- Analytical mindset and structured problem-solving skills
- Outstanding client communication and relationship management abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Experience with Microsoft BI is an advantage
