Role Overview
The Corporate Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding relationships with corporate clients such as office complexes, institutions, and large organizations. The ideal candidate will identify opportunities, deliver tailored supply solutions, and drive long-term growth across HSS’s diverse product categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage with B2B clients across multiple industries
- Understand client procurement cycles and deliver customized proposals
- Conduct persuasive virtual and in-person presentations to purchasing teams
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through CRM tools
- Negotiate pricing, volume agreements, and contract terms with decision-makers
- Ensure smooth post-sale coordination, including delivery follow-ups, invoicing, and reorders
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in corporate sales or account management
- Proven skills in consultative selling and client relationship management
- Familiarity with corporate procurement and supply chain operations
- Fluency in Armenian and English (Russian proficiency is an advantage)
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Prior experience in the HoReCa or B2B supply industry is a strong plus
