What You’ll Do

  • Revenue Strategy: Design and oversee growth strategies across Armenia, Georgia, and the UAE
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead sales, marketing, and customer success departments in Armenia, Georgia, and the UAE
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze financial and market data to guide strategic decisions
  • Revenue Forecasting: Develop accurate forecasting and performance models
  • Innovation & Growth: Identify and implement new approaches to revenue generation
  • International Expansion: Drive Stamina’s market entry and growth in CIS and Gulf regions

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 5 years of leadership experience
  • Solid knowledge of international markets and the B2B sector
  • Strong expertise in financial analysis and strategy
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English, and Russian
  • Higher education in Economics (MBA is a plus)
