Role Overview
Location: Armenia, Yerevan
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-site

We are looking for a Call Sales Specialist to join our growing team at Stamina. In this role, you will be responsible for selling a free bank card by making outbound calls to potential customers.

Responsibilities

• Call potential clients to promote and sell a free bank card
• Clearly explain the benefits and features of the card
• Follow up with interested clients and close the sale
• Record all interactions and results in our CRM

Requirements

• Experience in sales or call center is a plus
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to handle objections and stay positive under pressure
• Fluent in Armenian (Russian or English is a plus)
• Strong listening and customer service skills
• Confident, energetic, and motivated to sell
• Experience using tools like Pipedrive, HubSpot or similar CRMs
