What You’ll Do
  • Drive cold outreach and lead generation across key sectors in the UAE
  • Conduct online and in-person meetings, product demonstrations, and high-level negotiations
  • Develop and execute local sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas
  • Identify and propose process improvements to optimize sales performance
  • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, engagement metrics, and market insights
  • Experiment with innovative approaches to attract, convert, and retain clients
  • Build long-term partnerships and position our CRM solution as a trusted business tool

 

What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of proven B2B software sales experience
  • Strong expertise in CRM systems (Pipedrive experience is a plus)
  • Fluency in English and Arabic 
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proven experience selling into the UAE market or similar regions
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
