What you’ll actually do

• Drive lead generation, own outbound sales and generate high-quality opportunities in the UAE
• Lead meetings with CEOs, founders, and decision-makers
• Run demos that show how modern sales teams win with Pipedrive
• Develop and execute local sales strategies to consistently achieve and exceed sales quotas
• Identify and propose process improvements to optimize sales performance
• Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, engagement metrics, and market insights
• Experiment with innovative approaches to attract, convert, and retain clients
• Build long-term partnerships and position our CRM solution as a trusted business tool

Who we’re looking for

• Strong expertise in CRM Sales (Pipedrive experience is a plus)
• 3+ years of B2B active sales experience in Dubai market
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proven experience selling into the UAE market or similar regions
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
• A person who takes ownership, not excuses.
