Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Managing Partner (Country Head) to lead our operations in Armenia and Georgia. As the country head, you will be responsible for the strategic direction, growth, and overall management of our operations within the country. This is a high-impact role that requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales, leadership, and business development.
Responsibilites:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the country-specific business strategy in alignment with the company’s global objectives.
- Sales Management: Oversee and drive sales operations, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets and operational goals.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the country’s budget, financial performance, and resource allocation effectively.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to the executive team on performance metrics, strategic initiatives, and market conditions.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and business management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving sales growth, managing large teams, and achieving strategic goals.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and implement effective business strategies and adapt to changing market conditions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
