  • Clay & Claude AI: Subscriptions and API usage billed directly by the vendors. Stamina recommends keeping a 1-month Pro Clay subscription for the batch + cancelling or downgrading thereafter unless ongoing enrichment is desired.
  • Apollo: Land Star Armenia's existing account is used — no new spend.
  • Stamina services ($2,500 flat): Invoiced 50% on signature, 50% at qualified-list delivery. Includes 3 months of training & support post go-live.
  • Validity: This proposal is valid for 30 days from issue date.
  • Currency: All amounts in USD.
