What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a multi-country, multi-language SEO & GEO strategy
  • Conduct keyword research based on ICP pain points, funnel stages, and buyer intent
  • Build and optimize:
    • Landing pages
    • Service pages
    • Case studies
    • Blog articles & evergreen content
  • Implement and manage local SEO/GEO strategies for Armenia, Georgia, Dubai
  • Optimize content for conversion, not just rankings
  • Build content clusters & internal linking systems
  • Perform technical SEO audits (Core Web Vitals, indexing, site architecture)
  • Work on backlink strategy & authority building
  • Collaborate closely with content, performance, and product teams
  • Track SEO performance based on:
    • Organic leads
    • Demo bookings
    • Contribution to funnel growth

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of how SEO drives sales funnels and revenue
  • Background in B2B / SaaS / CRM / Automation / Tech
  • 3+ years of experience in international SEO
  • Experience managing multi-language websites (EN + local languages)
  • Deep knowledge of buyer intent, problem-based queries, decision-stage content
  • Proficiency with:
    • Ahrefs / SEMrush
    • Google Search Console
    • GA4
    • Screaming Frog (or similar)
  • Ability to think strategically, not just complete isolated tasks

Bonus Points

  • Experience working with CRM, RevOps, or AI-driven products
  • Hands-on knowledge of SEO for Dubai or MENA markets
  • Understanding of GEO SEO (local + market-based positioning)
