Role Overview

We’re looking for someone who enjoysbuilding relationships, understands corporate needs, and is passionate aboutwellness. In this role, you’ll take the lead in reaching out to businesses,introducing them and their employees Fithub’s wellness solutions, and helpingthem create healthier work environments through tailored programs andmemberships.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with potential corporate clients, HR teams, and     decision-makers
  • Introduce and present Fithub’s wellness packages and group     training options
  • Create pricing offers and negotiate partnership agreements
  • Build long-lasting, positive relationships with clients,     ensuring they feel supported
  • Represent Fithub at networking events and corporate meetings
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales materials     and campaigns
  • Keep track of your sales pipeline and provide monthly updates     on B2B performance

 

What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or     business development
  • Friendly, confident communicator with strong presentation and     negotiation skills
  • Genuine interest in health, fitness, and helping companies     improve employee well-being
  • Understanding of the Armenian corporate landscape
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing or a related     field.
