Stamina sales outsourcing company is looking for a talented and experienced business development specialist, who will make strategic partnerships to optimize their sales processes and drive revenue growth.
What is needed:
- Cold outreach with selected target industry leads
- Perform 1:1 meetings with potential customers, pipeline reviews and Huddles
- Execute the sales allocated regionally
- Track and meet sales targets
- Suggest and implements improvements in the sales administration process
- Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines
- Reportson sales metrics and suggest improvements
- Research and discovers methods to increase customer engagement
Qualification:
- Strong proficiency in leveraging sales and CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive), and expertise in using advanced outreach and sales intelligence platforms such as Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and others to identify and engage with potential clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 3+ years of relevant sales experience
- Proven leadership experience, preferably in a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- A problem solving attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Analytical skills to monitor performance metrics and identify trends or improvement areas
- Excellent knowledge of English and Russian
